Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. It's probably because my Grandfather used to show up on the weekends and we'd sneak off and start our day with breakfast and then do other things, either way, the love for breakfast persists!
1.
"Eggs'n Things"
What I get:
The Spinach, Bacon, and Cheese Omelette - with Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
Ask for their secret salsa!!

"Cinnamons"
What I get:
Red Velvet Pancakes or Mango Chiffon Pancakes to share and the Kalua Pork Benedict for me!
They are know for their Guava Chiffon Pancakes!
3.
"Original Pancake House Hawai`i"
What I get:
The Mushroom Omelette or The Potato Omelette--the sauces are delicious!
If you're feeling adventurous, order a Dutch Baby for the table!
4.
"Longhi's Ko'Olina"
What I get:
The Crabcake Benedict, a side of Bacon, and a side of Home Fried Potatoes covered in mozzarella!
If you get there early enough, get a table outside overlooking the water! Call for reservations and parking directions.

I bring people here for the macadamia nut pancakes.
